My idea for this book came from you -- my readers-- when you indicated you wanted a convenient pocket reference on EMTALA that would give you the immediate answers you needed without lengthy legal or philosophical explanations. For those who need detailed arguments, forms, references, and the whole 9 yards, this book is NOT what you want (...but keep your eyes open for early summer 2006 for my next EMTALA release.)
