We have posted the latest site review guidelines to the website in two forms. 

The first form is the original PDF issued by CMS which can be downloaded by www.medlaw.com/sitereviewguidelines2008.pdf

The second form is by individual TAG numbers and topics.  These can be found in the EMTALA Resources area of the website under Site Review Guidelines.  There is a separate page for each TAG number, which has been extracted from the original PDF.  We have found a few typo's in the conversion process, so I would appreciate notification on any additional ones you may encounter, so we may correct any that we missed.
