The new EMTALA Field Guide 4th Edition is in the works at Amazon at this moment, and is expected to be released for sale in the next 48 to 72 hours. In the week or so following release of the book, we plan on releasing a Kindle version as well.
The new edition has so much new and revised material in it that we had to increase the dimensions of the book and the number of pages, yielding a combined total of 40%+ in new content. This includes a detailed index which we added at the request of folks who wanted an easier method of finding specific topics in the text. That index feature is why the Kindle version will take a little longer — the Kindle process did not mesh well with the Index function.
